Pearl Harbeck

Mrs. Arthur (Pearl C.) Harbeck, 86, formerly of 2116 Eighth St., Peru, who had been making her home in Shorewood with her son, died at 7:10 a.m. today in St. Joseph's Hospital, Joliet, where she had been a patient for three weeks.

Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday in St. John's Lutheran Church with the Rev. Paul H. Wold officiating.

Burial will be in Peru City Cemetery.

Visitation will be 3 to 5 p.m. Sunday in the Mueller Funeral Home, Peru.

Mrs. Harbeck was born Dec. 22, 1895, in rural Peru to Edward and Ernestine Smith Fiedler. She married Arthur H. Harbeck on June 29, 1925, in St. John's Lutheran Church, Peru.

She was preceded in death by her husband, who died June 30, 1981; four brothers, Gustav, Anton, Charles and Herman Fiedler; three sisters, Mrs. Ida Vogt, Mrs. Mary Greiner and Mrs. Hattie Cleer.
