Julius was first buried at Bremer Cemetery, then re-interred at Comal Cemetery
- from “The Bremer and their Kin in Germany and in Texas”, Vol II, Page 823 – .... Ella (Bremer) Voigt, and her husband later had the graves of Charlotte and (four) members of the Julius Bremer family removed to Comal Cemetery in New Braunfels.” One common stone exists at Comal Cemetery (where their remains are assumed to be) for all five of the people originally buried at Bremer Cemetery, although the cemetery itself and the five original gravestones remain there.
