Services for Darlene Alexander of Jayess were 2 p.m. Monday, Sept. 6 at Calvary Pentecostal Church in Jayess with burial in the church cemetery. Community Funeral Services was in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Alexander, 60, died Sept. 2, 2004, at her residence. She was born in Eugene, Ore., on July 1, 1944, to Claude O. Kimball and Derwinna Brown.
She was a respiratory therapist at Lawrence County Hospital. She was a member of Calvary United Pentecostal Church.
Preceding her in death were her parents.
Survivors are her husband, Jesse Alexander of Jayess; her daughter, Wanda Miller of Monticello; her son, Phillip Alexander of Monticello; her sister, Darlene B. Alexander of Anaheim, Calif.; her brothers, Vern Bauch of Bend, Ore., and Gordon Bauch of Yuma, Ariz.; and five grandchildren.
