A. Homer Ege, 70, 200 York Road, died Friday evening Carlisle Hospital.
Born in Monroe Township, Ege was a retired employee of C. H. Masland and Sons, He was a member of the First Church of the Brethren and the Williams Grove Steam Engine Association.
Surviving are his wife, Minnie Stone Ege; two daughters, Virginia Lewis, RD6 Carlisle, and Phyllis McCoy, 437 N. Bedford St.; two sons, Robert L. Ege, 541 N. Bedford St., and Edward L. Ege, RD4 Carlisle; a brother, John S. Ege, 194 York Road; a sister, Kathryn Loy, 426 C St. and seven grandchildren.
Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday a the Hoffman-Roth Funeral Home with the Rev. Richard F. Shreckhise officiating. Burial will be in the Westminster Memorial Gardens.
Friends may call from 9:30 a.m. until the time of the service Tuesday.
