Helen Inez Bowden Hurtt, 90, of Russellville, AR, died Tuesday, August 7, 2012 at St. Mary's Regional Med Ctr in Russellville, AR.
The daughter of Lonzo and Verlin Kendrick Bowden, she was born September 6, 1921 in Crow Mountain, AR. She was a member of the First Assembly of God Church of Russellville. Helen loved animals and spending time in her flower gardens.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Herman W. Hurtt; one brother and four sisters.
Left to cherish her memory are a son, William E. Hurtt & wife Donna of Russellville; one sister, Alice Barton of Russellville; two granddaughters Rebecca Schlottach & husband Edwin of Lakewood, CO, Stephanie Hasegawa & husband Chrles of Mesa, AZ; six great grandchildren, Jordan Capra & wife Rachel of Lakewood, CO, Tyler Schlottach of Lakewood, CO, Justin Schlottach of Lakewood, CO, Nicole Schlottach, Ashton Hasegawa of Mesa, AZ, and Ainsley Hasegawa of Mesa, AZ.
Funeral will be at 10:00AM, Friday, August 10, 2012 at Humphrey Chapel. Rev. Mike Norberg will officiate. Burial will be at St. Paul Cemetery in Gravel Hill, AR by Humphrey Funeral Service. Visitation will be from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm, on Thursday, at the funeral home.
