MRS. ANNA L. DIRKSEN, of 1121 West Vine street, died at 10:20 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 15, 1942, at St. John's hospital, age 77.


Survived by daughter, Miss Ann Dirksen; two sons, Theodore J., and George A., all of Springfield; two sisters, Mrs. Joseph Dehner, Lincoln, and Mrs. Arthur Wicks, Rockford; and seven grandchildren.


Member of Altar and Rosary society of Blessed Sacrament church, Third Order of St. Frances; Catholic Ladies of Charity, and "Our Lady of Good Counsel and Missionary Society."


Third Order of St. Francis will recite the rosary at 7:45 p.m. Monday at Kirlin and Egan funeral home and Our Lady of Good Counsel and Missionary society will recite the rosary at 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
