Sometime between 1892 and 1900 William Hobbs got an offer to work in Dunstable, Ma., so he moved the family from New York to Massachusetts. He was known to be a crusty fellow with a strong mind of his own. After the death of his wife Rebecca, William married a Margaret McMahon. After William died without a proper will, his second wife's Son being a lawyer had his Mother committed to a State Hospital for incompetance and took the entire Clark estate. No heirlooms were passed on to any of Will's or Rebecca's children.
