Beatrice C. Atkins, age 90 years, 604 Greensburg St., Columbia, Ky. passed away Tuesday, May 19, 2009 at 3:10amCT at Summit Manor Health & Rehab, Columbia, KY.
The funeral service will be Thursday, May 21, 2009 at 10:30 A. M. at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home, 210 Greensburg ST, Columbia, KY, with Bro. Rod Keltner the officiating clergy. Interment will be in Haven Hill Cemetery, 1267 Liberty RD, Columbia, KY. Visitation will be after 4:30pmCT, Wednesday, May 20, 2009, at the funeral home.
She was born October 17, 1918, the daughter of the late Ben and Mag Reliford Coffey and the widow of Roy Turner Atkins who preceded her in death on February 1, 1973.
She was also preceded in death by the follow brothers and sisters: Melvin Coffey, Garnett Coffey, Thomas Coffey, Lillian Willis, Bertha Willis and Allene Dohoney.
Survived by the following: She was a member of Columbia Union Presbyterian Church and a homemaker.
