Gladys H. Woodworth, daughter of Willie G. and Rosa Mae (Butterfield) Cook, was born November 24, 1910 at Walnut. She attended rural Walnut school. On August 3, 1932 she married Earl Woodworth.They farmed in the Venus area until her husband's death in 1967, when she moved to Creighton.
Survivors include a daughter and son-in-law, Earline and Joseph Bauer of Creighton; son and daughter-in-law, Bill and Norma Woodworth of Orchard, daughter-in-law, JoAnn Peterson; sister, Grace Woodworth of Verdigre.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and son, Earl.
