Allen Glindel Robbins, 59, died July 11, 2004, at his home. Born Jan. 15, 1945, to the late Willie and Katie Wiley Robbins, he was a member of Free Trinity Pentecostal Church of Marston.
On July 12, 1962, at Portageville, he married Louise Norwood who preceded him in death.
Four brothers, John Robbins, Jay Robbins, Dallas Sawyer and Jack Sawyer also preceded him in death.
Survivors include: Sandy Cole of Sparta, Ill., Donnie Robbins of Tennessee, Ramona Copeland, Glinda Quick and Martha Quick of Portageville; two sisters, Ella Mae Rankin of Morris, IL, MaryJane Annette Blankenship of Hayti, two brothers, Tommy Robbins of Marston and Billy Gerald Westmoreland; and 16 grandchildren, Brandy Portwood Mercer, Chris and Mark Portwood, Billy Copeland II, Allen Michael Copeland, Joe Sizemore II, Kayti Sizemore, Danielle Robbins, Ben Robbins, Mary Ann Robbins, D.J. Robbins, Emily Robbins, Betty Robbins, James and Jacob Quick; four stepgrandchildren, Sara and Evan Quick, Christina and Brandon Cole; and two great-grandchildren, Destiny and Chastin Mercer with one great-grandchild on the way, Mason Andrew Dalton.
