Marianne Malloy L. Hites, Flower Mound, Texas, died Aug. 3, 1992, in Vicksburg, Miss. Services will be at noon Friday at Restland Memorial Chapel, Dallas; burial in Restland Cemetery, Dallas. Friends may call from 6:30 to 8 p.m. today at the chapel. Mrs. Hites was born in Sioux City, Iowa, and lived in Kansas City before moving to the Dallas area in 1956. She was a member of the First Baptist Church, Dallas. Her sons Stephen G. Land died in 1980 and Chris Land, died in February 1992. Survivors include her husband, Lisle P. "Bud" Hites of the home; a son, David M. Land, Farmers Branch, Texas; two stepsons, Lisle Hites, Kansas, and Michael Hites; a daughter, Sarah Land, Austin, Texas; two stepdaughters, Linda Coffey and Laurie Ferrell of Hawaii; two sisters, Joan M. Butler, Mission Hills, KS and Jeane M. Fitzpatrick, Siesta Key, Fla.; three grandchildren; and five stepgrandchildren.
