Very little is currently known about Elisabeth. We can guess that she was born in England, as there were so few colonists in the new world when she was born. We do know that by July of 1652 she was married to Capt. Nathaniel White and had her first child that month, Nathaniel, in Middletown, Connecticut and lived the remainder of her life there. She is buried next to her husband at the old Riverside Cemetery in Middletown, her tombstone reads that she died in 1690 at the approximate age of 65.

[She should NOT be confused with Elizabeth Bunce White, memorial #105015321, who married Jacob White c1683. That Elizabeth was the daughter a Thomas Bunce and Sarah Bull. These families were in Hartford Colony and she died in 1716]

Some of their children are believed as follows:

1. Nathaniel White (1652-1741)

2. Elizabeth White Clark (1655-1711)

3. John White (1657-1748)

4. Mary White Cornwall Bacon (1659-1676)

5. Daniel White (1661-1739)

6. Sarah White Smith (1664-1711)

7. Jacob White (1665-1738)

8. Joseph White (1667-1725)
