Mrs. Mary C. Thomson, 42, Putnam Valley, wife of William Thomson, died May 31 at Peekskill Community Hospital. A resident of Putnam Valley for the past 12 years, Mrs. Thomson was born in Pawling Nov. 27, 1928, the daughter of Raymond Britton of Pawling and the late Minerva Pearson Britton. Mrs. Thomson was a registered nurse and a graduate of the Pawling High School and the Grasslands Hospital School of Nursing. She is survived by her husband, two sons, William R. and Bruce I. and one daughter, Elizabeth Ann Thomson, all of Putnam Valley; her father, eight brothers, Raymond Britton Jr. of Carmel, Edward, Francis, Howard, George and Ernest Britton, all of Pawling; Allen Britton of Council Bluffs, Iowa, and Fred Britton of Nashua, N.H.; five sisters, Mrs. John Childers of Council Bluffs, Mrs. Edward Lewis of Dover, Del., Mrs. Edward Morris of Newport, N.C. and the Misses Petra and Patricia Britton, both of Pawling
