His wife, Minerva Pierson, died in 1968. Survived by five sons, Raymond, Carmel; Edward & Howard, Pawling; Allen, Council Bluffs, IA; Frederick, Nashua, NH; five daughters, Viola Childers, Council Bluffs; Sarah Lewis, Nashua, NH; Bernice Morris, Martinsburg, WV; Petra DerBoghossian, Wingdale; Patricia Spinner, Pawling; two brothers, Clarence, LaGrange; Francis, Danbury, CT; sister Mrs Jennie Carey, Patterson, NY; 31 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren.
