DUMAS - Naomi "Mi" Simmons, 78, died Tuesday, Nov. 30, 1993 at St. Anthony's Hospital in Amarillo.

Funeral services will be at 3 p.m. Thursday at the 14th Street Church of Christ in Dumas with Mr. Sam Porter, Church of Christ minister in Mustang, Okla., officiating.

Burial will be in Dumas Cemetery by Morrison Funeral Directors.

She was born Feb. 10, 1915 in Willow, Okla., and had been a resident of Dumas since 1968. She was a member of 14th Street Church of Christ in Dumas.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Hugh Willard Simmons Sept. 4, 1978.

Survivors include two sons, Willard Simmons of Dumas; and Jon Simmons of Amarillo; three daughters, Colly Lovelady and Frankie Dobbs, both of Amarillo; and Jenny Close of Borger; three brothers, Tom Pritchard of Hamlin; Reece Pritchard of Anton; and Wiley Pritchard, Jr. of Lubbock; two sisters, Dorothy Bevels of Brownsfield; and Ollie Maxwell of Lubbock; 13 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.

The family will be staying at No. 2 Ted Street in Dumas.
