Funeral services for Grover Wilson 'G.W.' Crenshaw of Blossom were conducted Saturday, May 30, at the First Baptist Church in Blossom with Revs. Russell Floyd and Ron Byers. Fry & Gibbs Funeral Home made burial in Knights of Honor Cemetery.

Mr. Crenshaw died Wednesday, May 27, 1987, at St. Joseph's Hospital.

He was born September 14, 1916, in Pushmataha County, OK, a son of John Henry Crenshaw Sr. and Nellie Ann Cleek Crenshaw.

He attended Oklahoma schools and married Zelma Lee Nunn on December 3, 1938, in Clarksville.

He was a retired farmer and cattleman and a member of the First Baptist Church in Blossom.

He was preceded in death by a sister, Lydia May Louise Kenmore in 1979; two brothers, Fred Martin Crenshaw in 1986 and Benjamin Warren Crenshaw in 1934.

Surviving is his wife; three sons, Bobby Lloyd Crenshaw of Odessa, Billy Don Crenshaw of Muleshoe and David Glen Crenshaw of Sumner; a daughter, Mrs. Vicki Lynn (Roger) Butler of Clardy; seven grandchildren; two great-granddaughters; two sisters, LaJuan Green of Loraine and Shirley Mercer of Colorado City; and two brothers, John Junior Crenshaw of Blossom and Buddy Crenshaw of Fort Worth.
