Adeline Vandeveer was born in Warren County Illinois on September 28, 1839 to John A Vandeveer and Hariet M Morse. She married William R Riggs January 26, 1860 in Warren County Illinois. They had three children Mary Ann who married Robert Dawson, Albert Hiram who married 1st Nettie J Lamunyon then 2nd Viola Hunsaker, the third child was Martha J who married James Wm Lamunyon. All the names mentioned are buried in the Mildred Kansas Fairview Cemetery.
