Although it is no longer legible, investigation revealed that this is the headstone of Sarah. The book "Memories of Carlisle's Old Graveyard", pg. 49, lists in order the headstones in this lot and this is conclusively her headstone. In 1898 when the cemetery was transcribed, the headstone read as follows:
"Sarah, infant dau. of Andrew & Elizabeth Blair. Nov. 24-1827. 6 m. 20 d."
