Mrs Jones was the daughter of Noah and Mary (Cooper) Mills. She was united in marriage to Smokey Jones. He preceded her in death. Cleo was known as "Grandma Cleo" to many who will miss her. Survivors include; one sone, Gene Frieze of Oroville, CA; two daughers, Edna Bailie of Jenkins and Mary Anne Horton of Sheridan, AR; one sister, Oneda Ray of Cassville; 8 grandchildren; and numerous great and great-great-grandchildren.
