Oneda received her education at Shell Knob. She was a life-long resident of Shell Knob and was a homemaker. She was a member of Bridgeway Assembly of God Church in Shell Knob.

Preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, seven sisters and two great grandchildren. Survivors include: two sons; five daughters; 15 grandchildren; 37 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
