Thomas Liter was born on 2/7/1915 in Plum City WI to Joseph and Mary (Steffes) Liter. Tom grew up in the Dunn, Pepin, and Pierce County area along with his surviving siblings. on 11/18/1938, Tom was working in Wanamingo, MN digging a sewer line when he was crushed to death by dirt. He was buried in Plum City.
