The sad news of the death of Miss Bertha E. Palmer in a Utica hospital was received Monday forenoon by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Luther M. Palmer. She had been out of health for about a year and a half, and early in March last it became necessary to have her taken to the hospital. After a time she developed a case of pneumonia, from which she had no strength to rally successfully, and a short time ago it became known that she was failing. The release came Monday morning.
