Elsie was born December 21, 1896, in Callaway County, Missouri, the daughter of Z.J. and Amelia (Neher) Rose. She married George Williamson and he survives. Elsie was a housewife.
Arrangements were under the direction of Wallace Funeral Home of Fulton. Burial was in Riverview Cemetary.
