At 3 o'clock tomorrow afternoon there will be held at Payne & Sons' chapel the funeral services of Arthur Bowen, a young man who had lived in East Bakersfield and was killed by a railroad train at Truckee. The services will be conducted by Rev. Fuller of the Congregational church. [RS]
