Robert Albaugh, an aged farmer of Loudon Twp., died Sunday noon, after a very brief-illness. The remains were interred at Kilgore Tuesday, the Reformed minister conducting the funeral. His age was about 76. He is survived by a widow, one son, Thomas Albaugh, and daughters -- Mrs. Matt Harding of Freeport and Mrs Nelson Reed, who lived in the house with her parents. Mr. Albaugh was industrious man and an up-to-date farmer.

According to the Carroll County, Ohio death records, Vol.2, page 17, Robert died July 18, 1906 at the age of 79 years & 4 months in Loudon Township, cause of death was Chronic Nephritis.
