Nancy A. Antle was a daughter of Henry and Mary "Polly" Antle. Nancy married 13 Aug 1813 in Adair Co., KY to Solomon Miller. Solomon Miller originally owned the village of Salisbury, Sangamon Co., IL. He had it platted and surveyed 9 Jan 1832. He donated 40 acres for the town, and it was named Sol's bury in honor of him. Later the spelling was changed to Salisbury.

Nancy and Solomon Miller raised ten children: Eve, Melinda, Allen, John Antle, Nancy A., Sarah, Jason, George Washington, Docia, and a stepdaughter, Barbara. They were members of the United Baptist Church.
