PFC. EVERETT M. CORAM

In memory of Pfc. Everett M. Coram who was killed in action December 25, 1944.

Everett was reared from childhood twelve miles west of Vici. He entered the army September 7, 1942 at Shafter, California where he made his home with his mother and brother.

He served overseas 2 years and 18 days. He was wounded in the hip July of 1944 and spent 3 months in a hospital in France. After recovering, he was taken back on the battle field and was killed in Luxembourg, December 25, 1944.

He was awarded the Purple Heart Medal and Bronze Star Medal.
