Survived by daughters, Mrs. Clair (Dallis) Pratt, Mrs. Tommy (Lela) Allen, Mrs., Clyde (Betty) Reed, Janice Goodgine; step-daughter, Genell Polk; step-son, Thoman Polk; sisters, Gladys Martin, Georgia Beard, Hazel Ambrose; brothers, Elvis Sullivan and J.C. Sullivan; 13 grandchildren; 1 step-granddaughter; 30 great-grandchildren; 1 step-great-grandson. Mrs. Polk is at the Franklin Memorial Chapel where services will be held 2 p.m. Thursday, October 22, 1992 conducted by Maurice Thompson. Grandsons will serve as pallbearers.
