LAST RITES FOR MRS. SULLIVAN HELD TUESDAY
Mrs. Lorena Vaughn Sullivan, 66 years of age, died Sunday afternoon in a Nashville hospital after an illness of four or five years.
Mrs. Sullivan was born in Hickman County. Her parents were William and Louise Rainey Vaughn. She was a member of Berea Church of Christ. She was the widow of Green Sullivan, who died in 1951.
Funeral services were held Tuesday morning at 10 o'clock at Bethurum, Henry and Robinson Funeral Home, conducted by Elder H. A. Robinson. Burial in Anglin Cemetery. Survivors include four daughters, Mrs. J. H. Polk, Mrs. Jack Ambrose, and Mrs. Clarence Beard, Jr., all of Franklin, and Mrs. Alfred Martin of Nashville, five sons, Glenn Sullivan, Franklin, Elvis Sullivan, Miami, Fla., Homer Sullivan, J. C. Sullivan and Eugene Sullivan, all of Nashville ; sisters, Mrs. William Moss, and Mrs. Sim Martin, Jackson, Tenn.; brothers, John Vaughn, Franklin; and Richard Vaughn, Nashville, half-brothers, Homer Vaughn, Herbert Vaughn, Joe Vaughn, all of West Virginia; 39 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. Serving as pallbearers were: Albert Martin, Herbert Polk, Clarence Beard, Jr., Jack Ambrose, J. W. Vaughn, and Currin Vaughn. Berthurum, Henry & Robinson, Funeral Home in charge.
