Youngest child of Albert and Mary E. (Penoyer) Riggs, in her youth was known as "Cora P. Riggs," but later was called "Priscilla C." She married Albert Ulrich of Godfrey and St. Louis, Missouri, and they had an only child, Estelle A. "Stella" Ulrich, born 13 Jan. 1895 in St. Louis. Albert died of typhoid fever when Stella was only four months old, and Priscilla never remarried. She and Stella later moved to Aurora, Illinois, and Stella married John J. Maloney, who was born about 1882 in Wisconsin and died about 1958/9, leaving Stella a widow.
