MORGANTOWN Hazel Kinkade Smith of Woodbury died at 6:50 p.m. Oct. 1, 2001, at The Medical Center at Bowling Green.The Muhlenberg County native was a retired food service worker and medical aide and a member of Woodbury Baptist Church. She was a daughter of the late Westerfield Kinkade and Bonnie Russ Kinkade.Funeral will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Jones Funeral Chapel with burial in Cool Springs Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 5 p.m. today at the funeral home.Survivors include her husband, Paul T. Smith; four daughters, Sandy Johnson and Jean Goodall, both of Morgantown, Paulette Fritz of Sikeston, Mo., and Peggy Jenkins of Adairville; two sons, Philip Smith and John Smith, both of Woodbury; two brothers, Denzil Kinkade of Morgantown and Dewey Kinkade of Paducah; 10 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
