SPRINGHILL, LA - Services for Emma Dring Lee, 93, of Springhill, La. were at 2 p. m., Saturday, October 30, 1993 at Kilpatrick Funeral Home Chapel in Ruston. Burial was in Antioch Cemetery in Simsboro.

Mrs. Lee died October 28, 1993 at Fountain View Nursing Home in Springhill, La. after a lengthy illness. She was a member of the Antioch Methodist Church in Simsboro, La. and a native and longtime resident of Simsboro. She worked for Lincoln General Hospital and Thomas Kimball Clinic in Ruston as a receptionist before retirement. She was the oldest of 13 children. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Thomas R. Durrett and Captain Roger Lee. Preceded in death by seven brothers and four sisters. She was a resident of the Fountain View Nursing Home in Springhill for the past ten years.

Survivors include two sisters, Mary Dring Methvin of Springhill, La. and Nelda Dring Gosdin and husband Vernon of Springhill, La.; several nieces and nephews.
