Joan T Alexander, 78, of Arlington passed away January 9, 2012. She was born October 4, 1933 in Whitney, TX to the late Charles Leo and Bernice Virginia Russell Tunstall.
She is survived by her daughter, Leann A Winters; son, Richard A Alexander, Jr and wife, Jenny; sisters, Joyce Richardson (twin), Charlene Olbrich; step-sister, Betty K Moreland; grandchildren, Wendy, Jaimie and Kara Alexander and Colton Winters.
She was preceded in death by her parents; step-father, A.J. Reavis; husband, Richard Allen Alexander and step-brother, Jimmy Reavis.
Graveside services were held Wednesday, January 11, 2012 at 2 p.m. at Greenlawn Gardens Cemetery in Port Lavaca with Pastor Carl Westbrook officiating.
