Surviving are his wife, Adeline Santucci; a son, Joseph G. Acerra Jr.; two daughters, Anna Mary Strand of Beaudette, Minn., and Agnes Apt of Mystic, Conn.; a sister, Josephine A. Acerra of Long Branch; eight grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
