Funeral At Omaha For Mrs. Loraine Deklotz

Funeral services for Mrs. Edward (Loraine Boysen) Deklotz were held Tuesday, November 24, 1970 at 2 p.m. at Pacific Hills Lutheran church at Omaha.

Mrs. Deklotz died Sunday morning, November 22, at the Clarkson Hospital in Omaha following a long illness at 45 years of age.

The Rev. Paul A. Ruff officiated. Burial was at Hillcrest cemetery at Omaha.

Mrs. Loraine Boysen Deklotz was born August 18, 1925, the daughter of the late Henry Boysen, Sr. and Rosetta Zessin Boysen at Madison, Nebr. She became a member of St. John Lutheran church through baptism, September 1925 and was confirmed in 1939. She graduated from Madison High School with the class of 1943. She attended the Union Pacific training school for telegraphy at Omaha and was employed by the Union Pacific Railroad Company for approximately ten years, some of this time was at Ogden, Utah, Green River, Wyoming and at Omaha.

On February 3, 1950, she was married to Edward Deklotz of Omaha. To this union were born three children, all living at home.

She is survived by her husband, Edward; two sons, [names redacted] ; one daughter, [name redacted]; her mother, Mrs. Rosetta Boysen of Madison; four sisters, Mrs. Thomas (Eileen) Hendricks of Omaha; Lucile Boysen and Rosetta Boysen and Mrs. Wilbur (Aletha) Nathan, all of Madison; two brothers, Henry Boysen, Jr. of Madison and Edwin Boysen of Ericson, Nebr.; seven nephews and three nieces.

She was preceded in death by her father, one sister, Mrs. LaVerna Ray and one niece, Patricia Hendricks.
