Funeral services were conducted Monday at Higgins Funeral Hone for Woodrow Ramsey of Fayetteville, died Saturday (Sept. 8, 1990) in Huntsville Hospital following a brief illness. He was 77.
Eugene Peden officiated and burial was in Lebanon Cemetery.
A native of Lincoln County, he was the son of the late James Elmer and Edna Barnes Ramsey and a member of Washington Street Church of Christ. He was retired from Rambo Motor Co.
Mr. Ramsey is survived by his wife, Mrs. Mildred Ramsey of Fayetteville; a daughter, Mrs. Ann Hopkins of Huntsville; three sisters, Mrs. Margaret Pickering,and Mrs. Leo Hamilton, both of Fayetteville, Mrs. Evelyn Simmons of Vernon, Texas; two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
