She married first in Lincoln County February 9, 1813 (marriage bond dated February 9, 1813, Daniel Finger was surety), David Finger, son of Christiana (?) and Jacob Finger. David died before 1818; probably buried at St. Matthews German Reformed Church Cemetery.

She married second in Lincoln County October 4, 1818, Daniel Shrum, son of Margaret Epley and Peter Shrum (John Shrum was surety). Daniel was born February 17, 1794; died September 27, 1875; buried at St. Matthews German Reformed Church Cemetery.

Mary and David had one child:
a. John Finger, b. 1813, d. 1884
Mary and Daniel had six children:
b. Levi Shrum, b. 1820, d. 1911
c. Henry Shrum, b. 1822, d. 1896
d. Solomon Shrum, b. 1825, d. 1907
