A lifelong resident, Mr. Bonnetti was a retired painting and decorating contractor.
He was a communicant of Holy Trinity R.C. Church.
Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Angela Nigro Bonnetti; two sons, Arthur J. of Fanwood and Robert J. of Westfield; three brothers, Joseph of Westfield, Anthony of Elizabeth, and Savlatore Bonacci of Elizabeth; five sister, Mrs. Josephine Mormello, Mrs. Eleanor Boger and Mrs. Viola Duelks of Westfield, Mrs. Milred Checchio of Scotch Plains; and five grandchildren.
The funeral was held yesterday at the Dooley Colonial Home, 556 Westfield Ave. and at Holy Trinity Church, where at 10 o'clock a funeral mass was offered with the pastor, Magr. Charles B. Murphy, as the celebrant. Interment took place in Fairview Cemetery.
