Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at the Iberia Assembly of God Church for John Williams Ahart, 92. who died Thursday in Pulaski County Memorial Hospital, Waynesville. The Rev. R.E. Middleton will officiate with burial in Jarrett Cemetery.
Mr. Ahart was born in Miller County near St. Elizabeth October 16, 1873 the son of William and Martha Brumley Ahart.
He is survived by his wife Sarah, whom he married May 19, 1904. Also surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Missouri A. Hawkins and Mrs. Martha I. Catron, Iberia; two sons, Sherman and Charley Ahart, of the home; one sister, Mrs. Adeline Crider, Exeter, Mo.; six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
