Lizzie Ahart, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J.W. Ahart, was born in Henrietta, Oklahoma, April 16, 1905. She passed away at their home in Iberia Friday, June 4, 1937, at the age of 32 years 1 month and 18 days.
She was married to Otto Rowden June 4th, 1931 and hey established their home and have lived in and near Iberia the past several years.
To them one child was born—a still born, on June 4, 1937. Those surviving her are two children, James and Lois Marie, husband, father and mother, two sisters, Mrs. Chas. Hawkins and Martha; two brothers, Sherman and Charley, and many other relatives and friends. Also, three stepchildren, Verenia Mae, Ruby Mary and Selma Edna Rowden.
Funeral services were held at the Iberia Nazarene Church conducted by Rev. John Phillips and interment was made in the Brays Cemetery northeast of Iberia.
