Jennie Hartsell Christopher, age 83, of Waynesville, NC was born in Haywood County, NC on Dec. 4, 1928 and passed away on Tuesday, December 13, 2011 at Haywood Regional Medical Center.
She was the daughter of the late Arthur and Margie Robinson Hartsell. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Fred Christopher who passed away in 2000. Jennie loved spending time in her garden and visiting with her friends.
She is survived by her aunt, two special caretakers and several special cousins.
Funeral services will be held at the Waynesville Chapel of Wells Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Green Hill Cemetery.
