Bessie M. MIDDLETON, 92, formerly of 307 S. West St., Argos, died at 8:20 a.m. Tuesday at Miller's Merry Manor Nursing Home, Plymouth. She had been ill several years. She was born Aug. 26, 1890, in Argos to William and Flora YATES FEIKERT. She had lived in the Argos community all her life. On Dec. 14, 1910, she married James B. MIDDLETON in Plymouth. He died Jan. 12, 1974. She was a member of the Argos Congregational Christian Church. Surviving are a son, James J. MIDDLETON, and a grandson, Jeffrey [MIDDLETON], both of Cincinnati, Ohio, and two sisters, Mildred GREENLEE, Plymouth, and Mary CASTLEMAN, Argos. Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at the Grossman Funeral Home, Argos, the Rev. Richard LEWKE officiating. Burial will be in the Argos Maple Grove Cemetery. Friends may call from 2-4 ad 7-9 p.m. Wednesday, and on Thursday from 9 a.m. until the hour of service.
