Mrs. Flora Emma FEIKERT, 84, died at 6 a.m. at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Bess MIDDLETON, Argos. Mrs. Feikert had resided in Argos and vicinity for the past 57 years. She was born Nov. 6, 1871, in Ohio to Wyatt (W.O) and Mary (WHALEY) YATES.
Her husband, William FEIKERT, to whom she was married Oct. 1, 1889, preceded her in death Oct. 30, 1947. Mrs. Feikert was a member of the Argos Christian church. Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Bess MIDDLETON and Mrs. Mary CASTLEMAN, both of Argos, and Mrs. Mildred GREENLEE, Plymouth; ten grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at the Umbaugh funeral home, Argos. The Rev. Robert WHITEHEAD of the Christian church will officiate. Burial will be in the Maple Grove cemetery, Argos. Friends may call at the funeral home after 7 p.m. today.
