Fannie Curtis Kinkade

Fannie Curtis Kinkade, only daughter of Mr. and Mrs. F. W. Curtis, was born at Arcola, Ill., May 10, 1883. Here she spent her girlhood days. At the age of sixteen she joined the Presbyterian church.
In 1904 the family moved to Peoria, Ill. After her father's death, she and her mother moved to Wichita, Kas., in 1920. July 8, 1922, she was married to Samuel Everett Kinkade.
Her disposition was loving and kind, and during her entire illness she remained cheerful. She had faithfully attended her mother, who died in the past year. Mrs. Kinkade became seriously ill soon after her mother's death and Wednesday, December 31, 1947, she passed on to her eternal reward.
She leaves to mourn her death, her husband; one brother, Paul S. Curtis, and his wife of San Benito, Tex., an aunt, Mrs. Marie Clarke, and two nephews at Baltimore, Md., as well as many friends.
Burial was in the cemetery at Arcola, Ill., January 4, 1948, following services at the Farmer Funeral Home at Exeter, Neb., Friday, January 2, 1948.
