Sadie Elliott, 92, of Gore died Wednesday (7 Jun 2006) at Warren Memorial Hospital.
The funeral will be conducted Saturday at 1 p.m at Hebron Baptist church at 1 p.m. at Hebron Baptist Church in Gore by the Rev. Jack Wardrope.
Burial will be in the Elliott Family Cemetery near Gore.
Mrs. Elliott was born April 14, 1914 in Luray, daughter of the late David & Susie Deavers Smelser. She was a homemaker and had attended Hebron Baptist Church. She was the wife of the late T. Lloyd Elliott.
Surviving are three sons, Andrew R. 'Poss' Elliott, Russell L. Elliott, and James A. 'Buckwheat' Elliott, all of Gore; a daughter, Shelva Fitzgerald of Zepp; a brother, Turner Smelser of Gore; 17 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren and six great-great-grandchildren
Arrangements were handled by the Giffin Funeral Home in Capon Bridge, W. Va.
