King Henry Gay: Services will be conducted in Greenlawn Chapel for Henry Gay, 59 who died in Klamath Falls, Oregon on Dec 20, 1968. Mr. Gay was a native of Oklahoma and had resided in California 36 years.. He had been a truck driver for 40 years and was last employed by Dudley Long Trucking. Mr Gay was a member of the Rosedale Grange. Servivors include his widow, Boyd Esther; six sons, Elmer of Santa Clara, J. W. of Chino, Leslie with the U. S. Air Force in Thailand, David of Oildale, Bruce with the U.S. Army in Korea, and Vernon with the U. S. Army in Washington: four daughters, Janet Dresser of Bakersfield, Joyce Lombardi of San Ardo, Mary Ann Eversole of Santa Ana, and Wanda Faye Gay of Bakersfield. He is also survived by two brothers: Grover Gay of Waurika, Oklahoma and Edward Gay of Texas; five sisters, Laura McBee of Maricopa, Ozuette Welch and Itaska Wirt, of Waurika Oklahoma, Nancy Beilue of New Mexico and Inez Dugan of Texas; and 27 grandchildren.
Pall bearers were: Audrey Brewster, Jerry Pruitt, James Dresser, Ernest Alspaw, Alvin Odel, Jimmy Odel.
