Mrs. Almeda Roberts, wife of Gates Roberts, died Sunday morning at the home of her brother, Mr. Jim Gescheidel, near this city, a victim of consumption, and the remains were brought to this city for burial in the City cemetery Sunday afternoon at 5 o'clock, Rev. Chas. Dobbs officiating.
She was a daughter of Mr. Albert Gescheidel and is survived by a husband and three small children-all boys. The family had been living in the Clear Creek neighborhood, in DeWitt county, but about six weeks ago the patient sufferer was brought to the home of her brother, where every kindly ministration that loving hands were capable of was done for her, but without avail.
