The death of Miss Gescheidle was not unexpected as she has been in failing health for two years. About two years ago she was throw from a horse, suffering an injury to one of her lungs which slowly sapped her life. Prior to that she was in robust health. She expected to die and about two weeks ago requested all her relatives to meet at her bedside. She told them goodbye as she could not live long and was ready to go as she could see heaven open for her where she would meet her mother. Her death was peaceful.
