Mr. Wilson was a devout member of the U. B. Baptist Church, but later became affiliated with the Baptist Church. While a member of both churches, he was an earnest worker. Although a farmer, the deceased often filled the pulpit in the church in which he belonged. He was one of the best known farmers and highly respected citizen in the community in which he resided and had a host of friends who will be grieved to hear of his death. The funeral arrangements have not yet been fully decided upon other than they will be held sometime this afternoon. Copied from the "John Wilson Family History and Genealogy " book which I have a copy of. Beverly Jobe
