Mrs. Edward (Muriel) COOK, 76, Culver, a native of Fulton county, died Thursday morning in Parkview hospital at Plymouth, following an illness of several years. Born Oct. 13, 1887 in Richland township, she spent all of her life in Marshall and Fulton counties. She was married Oct. 31, 1903 to Edward L. COOK, who died in 1932. Mrs. Cook was a member of the Culver Methodist church, the WSCS of the church and of the War Mothers. Surviving are three sons, Lester C. [COOK], Strongsville, O.; Charles E. [COOK], Culver, and Thomas W. [COOK], Knoxville, Ia.; two daughters, Mrs. J. L. BUTLER and Mrs. A. E. ADAMS, both of Culver, and four sisters, Mrs. Clara QUIVEY and Mrs. Claude FLETCHER, both of Argos, and Mrs. Earl ADAMS and Mrs. Herbert WARNER, both of Rochester. Services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday in the Culver Methodist church with Dr. Ronald C. WILLIAMS of the church officiating. Dr. Williams will be assisted by the Rev. Walter CHISHOLM of the Culver E.U.B. church. Burial will be in the Richland Center I.O.O.F. cemetery. Friends may call at the Easterday-Bonine funeral home in Culver until noon Sunday and at the church one hour before services.
